The Adventures of Red Knight podcast by Red Knight Stories is a series of audio adventure stories written for both children and adults.
The Internet is an awesome resource for learning about new things and sharing fun creative projects like art and stories. However, it can also be a dangerous place, especially for children. As parents, the safety of our kids is our number one concern and we want your kids to be safe too. If you have questions about this site and your kid's privacy you can contact us at any time.
The best way to contact us is through this form:
Please spend the time to educate yourself and your child about online safety. You can use this guide as a starting point: http://www.onguardonline.gov/articles/0031-kids-privacy. One of the most important tools for Internet safety is active involvement in your family's online lives.
Please contact us through our website only if you are an adult age 18 or over. If you are providing personal information about a child, only do so if you are the parent or guardian of that child.
We understand that children under the age of 18 will sometimes complete a website contact form without the knowledge of a parent/guardian. For this reason, we follow the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) when we collect personal information. COPPA is a U.S. law outlining guidelines to follow in order to protect the online privacy of children under the age of 13.
Information We Collect
We use the information we collect to help run this website, its content, and features. Here are a couple of different places where private information is collected or received and how we use that information.
We use private email addresses to send out regular updates on our website's content, such as information about a new episode that has been released. When you sign up for our mailing list you will be asked to give us your name and email address, which will be used to send emails through a third-party company (we use Mailchimp as our email marketing platform). You can opt-out of receiving these emails at any time.
Our primary online community is on Patreon, but we do operate to a lesser extent on other social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter to post updates on new episodes. We ask that children always use these sites under supervision by their parents or guardians because any information posted to these sites can be viewed by other members of the RKS community.
Use of First Names
First names and fabricated titles are sometimes posted to an episode description as part of our online Patreon community reward tiers, and first names are used in our "Letters to Red Knight" Patreon bonus episode (city or state information can also be included upon request of parent). If you or your child/ward are participating in an activity like this, we will ask for the first name or nickname you would like us to use. If having this name posted online becomes a concern for any reason, please contact us right away and we will remove the content from our site.
RKS uses Google Analytics. We use information gathered from Google Analytics to improve the accessibility and functionality of our website for our user base and to see which of our episodes are the most popular. This helps us make better content for our users.

We are excited to share our stories with people all around the world through the Internet. Even though it's fun, we all need to remember the Internet can sometimes be a scary place. Please help us keep your children safe by suggesting things that we can do better. Also please take an active role in monitoring your own child’s online activity.
And remember you can always contact us if you have questions!
